Our experience with Elevated Electronics has been excellent at every juncture - When we first spoke by phone, Todd came across as knowledgeable and personable. That not only turned out to be the case with Todd, but also every other member of the staff. From past experience we knew that it is easy to get a vendor to come for an introductory visit if you are building a new house and need a complete install. It is much harder to find a competent, experienced, knowledgeable tech crew that can look at what you have already, listen to what you want to be able to do and put together a plan truly customized for you. They were each and every one professional and determined to give us a plan that accomplished what we wanted ordered, installed and fully operable. AND they will continue to follow up until you are confident that you can easily operate the whole system. That was a full year ago. We use this equipment every day and recommend Elevated Electronics to anyone who asks.
