I reached out to Media Sound Design after Ryan came highly recommended by a friend. Ryan overhauled and replaced our complicated yet antiquated media system with a newer, faster, user-friendly version. The team at Media House Design are true masters of their crafts. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, meticulous, tidy, and left our place in its original state after they finished for the day. Even the office looks much better after they removed all the discombobulated cable wires under the desk. They went beyond the call of duty by agreeing to install a new desktop in the office. Ryan was kind enough to research laptops for me, and have a relative of one of his team members transfer my data onto the new one. We only have two minor things to do, but I'm confident we’ll be happy with those results as well. We are relieved to have a ‘techie’ professional we trust for our future A/V needs. Ryan is a very hands on professional. He is very attentive and pays attention to detail.His installations are superb. Always on time and always available. He is very knowledgeable and suggests may options to meet ones needs. This stuff is not cheap, but Ryan is reasonable.
