We understand your frustration with getting an appointment set up. We are a small business and we set priority with customers that purchase product locally. When we are approached by someone that has "installed" their own wiring and purchased products elsewhere, we have to move forward more cautiously. We are a professional audiovisual installation company. When we complete a job, we are proud to put our name on it. There was too much wrong with the work that had already been done to the wiring of that vehicle that our technician could not, in good conscious, move forward with the install. There was no way to know how bad the wiring was until we set the appointment and started tracing wires. I understand your frustration but in the future I would look to a professional before you attempt to handle the work yourself.
