Had our decks replaced with redwood due to termite damage. We did obtain several other estimates but felt comfortable with BIH. Edi, the project manager, was very thorough and informative when explaining the needs of our project. He explained what was necessary, what the job entailed, and what the cost would be. He was very honest and always responsive to our needs and questions. Tomas did the work on the decks, and his work was fabulous. He is very professional, responsive, and meticulous with his work. After each day, he made sure our area was cleaned. We are very happy and satisfied with the end product and how each phase was communicated. We highly recommend BIH. Great job! We love our decks.

I set up a meeting with the, they gave me acceptable estimate and I decided to hire them. Michael, project manager, and his team showed up on time. They worked hard from first day to end of the project. Michael was very helpful, knowledgeable and with his team did everything as he promised at the start. The project was finished in a timely manner, with no extra costs and final outcome is spectacular. I love my new kitchen, it's beautiful and functional, just perfect! Dana was our project manager and she was great to work with because she really cares about customer satisfaction. Her team worked hard every day to finished on time which they did.
