This project was new construction restrained by a dramatic site as the house sat at the edge of a bluff overlooking the lake. He assisted in outfitting the home for the retrofit shade systems which allowed for seamless installation.     “I highly recommend Scooter Lofton and Treo Signature Homes. They operate with integrity and are up to date with trends, technologies, and code requirements. They understand the local market. They understand customer service. I don't think any construction process is perfect, and I've come to expect a few challenges along the way, but if your contractor will embrace the challenges and do the right thing then you have a good contractor - that was my experience with Scooter and Treo. They did a fairly extensive cosmetic renovation totaling about $75,000, and in my opinion provided excellent work and value.”
