Colabianchi Builders is a family owned business that was established in March of 1988 by Frank Colabianchi and his father Sante Colabianchi. Frank Colabianchi has a bachelorﾒs degree in marketing and a minor in business management from Kent State University, as well as being a skilled bricklayer with over 30 years experience in building. Sante Colabianchi has over 55 years experience as a skilled bricklayer, masonry contractor, and a residential and commercial builder. Colabianchi Builders bring old world quality and pride into the home building industry with numerous satisfied customers who have become friends and family for life. Based out of Strongsville, Ohio, the company has 13 full time employees. They specialize in custom and semi-custom built homes, and since their start in 1988, have been responsible for the design and construction of over 500 homes.
