Tread carefully with this builder. We actually contracted with them and have no issues with the structural aspect of the home. However, there is no supervision over the subcontractors and countless items were done incorrectly, needed redone, or were just lazy subpar work. Clay promises your dream home and it was a 2 1/2 yr long nightmare. We’ve talked with several people who have backed out in the design phase and lost their deposit because he could not provide what he promised them. Buyer beware

Be very careful with this company, They will keep your deposit with no justification. Planned to build, left a deposit to put project in line while we attempted to review plans, After looking at 3 sketches, (not full plans) just at the idea phase, realized it was not going to work ou t on our lot, Kept our deposit in violation of contract $15000 is a lot of money for 3 sketches.,

Clay and his team at concrete building concepts built a restaurant in kiln Mississippi, the Jourdan River Steamer, smartest decision I’ve ever made, this thing is rocksolid, windproof, semi fire proof, termite proof, maintenance free except every two years I have to pressure wash it, thank you so much for the job you and your team did for us we love our restaurant and we love you for your hard work thank you so much

Excellent experience. Clay is very knowledgeable about his concrete building systems. Our home was a raised structure and he built it to last. Clay paid attention to the budget. He is always on the search to find quality products at the best price and pass the savings on to his customer. He is not about inflating your budget. He kept us informed every step of the way. Very pleased.

Our house plans were originally designed for a wood-frame home on raised pier and beam. CBC was able to take the plans and build a concrete home. We were then able to utilize part of the lower level as a living space. The architectural lines of our concrete home are just beautiful. CBC has an intuitive grasp of construction and is able to solve any unseen construction problems. They are quick to respond to any questions and worked to find the lowest cost vendors.
