Dave is one of the worst contractors in southern Indiana Haubstadt he famous for not my problem when you contact him I purchased a condo in Haubstadt 6 years ago and I have had nothing but problems! He is not what I would consider a builder ! I have had mold due to faulty construction and discovered 27 other units here had mold I had to sue to get it taken care of and I have medical problems because of the mold which I have 2 attorneys work on my case !!
