FAQ How long does it take us to build a quality home? Most homes can be completed between 120-150 days. Homes larger than 3000 sq ft require more time. Do I build anywhere in central Ga.? No. I have been in business since 2001 and have never built outside of Houston County. I have been fortunate enough to be able to stay inside the county which I live. I like to believe this is due to the fact that I build a quality home and stand behind my product. Why don't I have any floor plans on my site? Simply to protect them from being used by my competition. When a builder finds that plan that sells well competitors will copy it. Most of my plans have had the kinks worked out of them from years of experience. How can you see some of my plans? Contact me directly is the best way to see some of the plans. This is a very common question with a long answer: Every home is different based on what you desire to have in it such as: the type of flooring, countertops, tile shower or fiberglass. The lot cost, size and topography just to name a few. If you call me and give me a brief description and the location and I can give you an estimate. What is the difference between a Turn Key home and a flat fee home? Turn Key - You provide a construction deposit and commitment letter. You also pick out the colors, floor plan, brick, shingles and such. I get the construction loan and handle all other aspects of construction. Flat Fee - You get the construction loan, buy permits, open your own accounts at the supply houses, still make all selections, manage construction account, and provide checks to all sub-contractors on Friday. This sounds like a lot, but is rather easy. I act as construction manager. Basically, I build the house and you handle the financial side of it.
