My experience with Derek Dahl of Dahl Luxury Homes LLC was unfortunate. I hired him to build my wife and I a custom home in Whitewing at Higley in Gilbert, AZ. I was forced to get the Registrar of Contractors involve on multiple issues that he was unwilling to correct on his own. Here is a summary of just some of those issues: He painted our house with the wrong interior paint, he allowed our outside pavers get damaged beyond repair, paint overspray stains on our garage doors, tile work had to be redone in three of our bathrooms, he didn't do any self leveling before laying our wood flooring causing many areas to be 3/4 inch unlevel, the epoxy flooring in garage had to be redone, two toilets were installed incorrectly/unlevel, and all our interior doors and trim work had to be redone.

Derek Dahl did an amazing job building our family home. He made the experience enjoyable by being courteous, professional and always pleasant to work with. He is honest, does business with integrity and treats us fairly. The build quality is excellent and he continues to stand behind his work. We absolutely love our home and the time we get to spend inside the walls that Derek built. I would recommend him to anyone.

Derek did a wonderful job building our forever home. He was always on site and making sure everything was done perfectly. Whenever something did come up he was right on it. It didn't stop once it was complete. He still checked in over the next year to make sure all was well. He is still available when things come up. I would definitely use him for another project.
