Dove Builder of Central Florida built our 5000sq ft home about 10 years ago. When we first started looking for builders I can say that it was very stressful. I started doing some research and came across Dove Builder and I thank God for putting them in our path. They built my Mediterranean home which was and is still our dream home. Everything we ask for was done for us in a timely matter. For the most part they met deadlines that were crucial for inspections. Tom who is the owner is an unbelievable human being very humble but very knowledgeable. We were always amazed how he dealt even with the most difficult situation during construction (lets face it there are a lot of hiccups in ANY construction). He was always calm and passive something that is very difficult to maintain in this line of work. Always listening to any concerns that we had. Tom and his team made the construction process as smooth as it could be. Because our children have move and transition to new horizons we are now thinking that it is time for us to maybe downsized (although I must say that I really do not want to move from my home I love it) but the truth is that is too big for just two. Although struggling with the idea we are looking for a land to build and we are definitely using Dove Builder to do our next home just a little bit smaller. One of the most incredible thing that I was blown away during construction was how Tom was able to have his crew keep the construction site clean and organized.
