I have been working with Ed on projects for five years now and he is still the first person I think of when I am brought on to a project that doesn't already have a General Contractor. Ed is reliable, knowledgeable and always works to do what is best for the client and project. His experience in construction and ability to explain it in a way that is digestible is invaluable. Ed works well with everyone, from subcontractors to designers, he really values the role they all play in bringing a project to life. As a bonus, Ed is also one of the kindest, most interesting people I have met and it's inevitable that he will become one of your friends by the end of the project.
