Our President of Operations, David Hozjan, began his career building log and frame structures in Whistler, BC, and has continued in custom home building and construction management. David’s leadership and industry experience built the core foundation of Elk River Mountain Homes. Continuously pursuing academic studies to back his experience in the field, David’s professional qualifications include Construction Engineering Technologist, Journeyman Carpenter currently engaged in Master Builder Studies, and Commercial and Residential Property Inspector. Over 24 years of experience with unique projects, backed by a well-rounded education have made David a leader in his field. David regularly attends conferences, expositions and workshops held by industry leading associations and regulating bodies. Driven to build homes of the highest quality using materials, techniques and standards that are continuously being updated and improved upon, David knows the vital importance of remaining current within the field.
