MINUS zero! Do not give these people your money, particularly their salesman, 'Moose'. They talk a great talk, but when you choose not to proceed, forget getting your down payment returned in a timely fashion. Are they using your money to support their business while you sit and wait for your money to be returned...buyer beware of these people and their practices!

One of the worst experiences of my life. They will sell you the entire construction package which turns into a total nightmare. There is no one qualified to run a construction project, and no one accountable when everything goes wrong. Long story short, I paid in full and they have never finished my house per IRC or modular installation codes. The due date passed and haven’t heard from anyone in 2 months. They are completely unethical and will try to swindle you at every turn (we paid out of pocket for work that was included in our contract). Please, find yourself a nice Champion home from another dealer, this one is not worth the heartache.

Don't let the sales game fool you. They make it sound so easy and convenient. But, once you get to the construction phase it's a whole different deal. This company has to be the most disorganized, disheveled organization I've ever dealt with. You can't get an answer on anything. I swear nobody there is enabled to make a decision. The project management on the construction side is a nightmare. Nothing gets done when they say it will. Then, no matter how hard you try to get a valid answer it's basically shoulder shrugs all the way around and "you'll get your house eventually." In addition, don't fall for the illusion that the contract price is your final price. They will nickel and dime you (to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars) along the way. Snow removal, extra freight charges, setting equipment, etc etc. Go with someone more reliable and trustworthy. Champion has dealers all over.

Worst company to deal with. Very poor quality. Lots of hidden additional fees. Will not warranty their work. Roof failed inspection. House exterior is two different colors of siding. Skirting was installed over water spigots and vents. Can see light under doors. Windows all leak. Poor customer service.
