Wow, G&B has done several jobs for us. They built our new deck, it was beefed up to hold our hot tub anywhere we wanted to have the tub put in. It has a custom stairway that is awesome. They have done wall refinishing, wood working, front porch enhancements, floor repairs and most recently a new driveway expansion for our RV and extra parking for family cars. Every job they do they do exceptionally well as though it was for their mom. The new driveway job turned out perfect. They went above and beyond to the extent of spreading the dirt that was removed to install the driveway around our maple tree and even spread grass seed and straw. That was not in our contract they just did it because that is the caliber of contractor they are. They are our first call when we have a project we need help with.

G&B Carpentry is the best! I use them for all my improvements, remodels, and repairs. They are prompt and professional, yet extremely friendly and caring. They communicate their progress throughout each project and seek your input. Their work is exceptional and exceeds my expectations everytime. They have finished a basement, made various repairs, and installed a new driveway for me. I highly recommend them!

We had G & B renovate our detached garage into a 2 bedroom apartment for our teenage sons. Quality work and awesome customer service. We couldn't be happier with the finished results!

Left our home a collapse hazard!!! Save yourself the hassle and keep looking for another contractor! Told us 3-4 wks for a project that they never completed. I filed a complaint with the TN State Contractors Board and they placed a lien on my home the day they got word of my complaint. The work they did was poor and they refused to correct issues and dismissed our complaints. They used an unlicensed plumber and we ended up with sewage in our crawlspace for 4 weeks before they even fixed the pipe that came loose!!!!!! They made promises they never kept and charged us more for things we’d already paid for after we removed add-on items that were never completed. They wouldn’t be transparent and show us receipts on said additional charges. They do not handle their business well. Also just know that they have a monetary limit of $25,000 for their projects. If they try to do a project over that report them!! RUN!!

Replace Door Trim and Lock. G&B Carpentry - Professional Office staff. Workers came and completed an emergency job. Cleaned up and were very friendly. I will refer them and use them again.

Was shocked at the lack of quality by this company. They left our project incomplete with low-quality work along the way. We are missing outlets, they tiled over the only air duct in our laundry room so now we have no heat or air in there. Paint is chipping on multiple areas that weren’t primed and they neglected to hang plastic while hanging drywall and sawing inside of our home next to rooms that were currently not under renovation. Overall highly disappointed and will be out more money to correct their neglectful work

G & B Carpentry has completed several projects with us now. Each time they are able to perform their scope of work in a manner that respects the particular needs we have as a medical office building. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Lamar and his team and look forward to future projects.

Wow where do I start, the crew members for G&B Carpentry were amazing to work with. They did an excellent job of installing our new deck with a custom stairway, installing new vinyl siding on my tool shed and repairing the doors so they worked correctly, Custom trim inside of our home, and custom porch columns. Excellent communication between the Project Managers and customers. Excellent clean up of property during the construction not just at completion. Very reasonable cost for excellent workmanship. We would highly recommend using G&B Carpentry for your construction needs

Casey was our project manager and he and the guys were fast and professional. Couldn't have asked for better.
