Our primary service is design and construction of new homes, however, we are also available to perform sizeable remodeling of existing homes. We build in the existing Seven Oaks communities of Windermere, Highgate, and Grand Island as well as for clients owning homesites in other communities within Bakersfield and the surrounding areas.
