This builder has no integrity. There are to many issues to list starting with our geothermal not working during the winter. We have 2 small children and it was freezing. We tried to contact him with no response and then called the company directly. They told us to contact our builder. After we informed him that our builder doesn't follow up he understood because they have worked with Dan Sparks before.
