In 1970, Jim Hayhoe founded Hayhoe Homes in St. Thomas, Ontario as a residential construction company. Our mission has always centred on designing and building new homes that reflect the way our clients live. We pay close attention to detail and we're happy to make custom changes to your home - to suit your lifestyle. Our team of professionals, led by William Hayhoe , Tom Looby, and Joe Hayhoe help to make the process of building a home fun and exciting and our skilled craftspeople ensure that your home will exceed your expectations. Because of our exceptional after-sales service, Tarion, the governing body of Ontario's new home warranty program, has awarded us the title "Builder of the Year" multiple times. In the early 1990s, we began incorporating home building with land planning and community development. This allows us to offer our clients the best selection of lots available in a new community. In 1998, we built our first condominium community and today we've built more than six condo communities. We also design, price, and build custom homes and renovation projects. We believe a custom home is any home, large or small, that is built to meet the specific individual needs of a customer’s lifestyle.
