Johnson Homes has been designing and building homes in Silverdale, Washington since 1987. Owner, Eric Johnson, designs and builds homes throughout Kitsap county, Gig Harbor and Port Townsend. Establishing themselves as a quality driven detail oriented company. Eric Johnson began his home building business in Alaska. Traveling to remote areas of the state to build Lindal Cedar Homes. Not long after, Eric started to design and build custom homes in the Mat-Su Valley. In the late 80's, Eric and family moved to Silverdale Washington. Eric began building speculation homes on Bainbridge Island. After several successful years building speculation homes Eric started getting requests to design and build custom homes. Eric changed the company focus to designing and building custom homes. While living in Alaska, Eric was drafting by hand. In Washington, he enrolled into Cad design courses at Olympic College. After which Eric transition to drawing the plans using Cad drafting. He currently drafts using a 3D modeling format. Eric Johnson has decades of experience in designing and building custom homes.
