We’ve now worked with J and Christine from Terravest Custom Homes on two separate projects, and both experiences have been excellent. Terravest Homes was given a tight deadline for completion. A tight budget as well. J and Christine are so good to work with. They responded quickly to my questions and gave good advice. They hired excellent subcontractors. They all did an extremely good job. I especially want to shout out to Skyler who painted everything in my house. It looks beautiful! My fireplace also turned out gorgeous. This is the second time I’ve used Terravest Homes and I highly recommend them.

Terravest Custom Homes has completed multiple major projects for me over the years. They are extremely professional and maintain their employees and subcontractors to the highest standards. After working with at least 6 different remodeling professionals over the past 20 years in three different states, we can enthusiastically state that Terravest provided our best experience by far and we can recommend them with zero reservations. Our recent project with Terravest was actually several smaller projects that needed to occur simultaneously, so the situation had the potential to get complicated, but Jay and Christine performed throughout like the seasoned professionals they are. Their work plans and cost estimates were always clear and accurate--and the handful of deviations from the quoted price or schedule were all on the favorable side for us. Communication was always timely and helpful; every aspect of the work met or exceeded our expectations; and the overall project was completed earlier than we expected--even though we added a couple of things along the way. Terravest did a full remodel on our master and guest bath. J and Christine were on top of the project from the get go! They were quickly responsive to any questions or concerns along the way. Recently, my husband and I needed to have 2 bathrooms remodeled: our main and the master. After carefully considering many contruction companies, we decided to sign a contract with Terravest Custom Homes. We'll never regretted it. We don't have enough words to praise the professionalism of Jay and Christina Steward, the owners of this company, and the efficiency of the subcontractors that work with them. All these people were agreeable, prompt and accommodating. Also, we found that the prize of the project was very reasonable.

Terravest did a wonderful job on my house including siding, painting, and gutters. Joe Drinnon-siding Jeremy Robbins and crew-paint job John Marshall-gutters They are the best! Hats off to the boss: J Stewart made it all possible. What a wonderful, caring business man. He truly cares for his customers and will go out of he way to make things happen. There happened to be a savings in material costs and he wanted the savings to be passed on to the customer/me so I got to benefit from that savings!! My house is beautiful Thank you J!

We could not be more pleased with the job that Terravest did on our garage remodeling. The work was started in a very timely fashion by highly skilled and experienced professionals, expertly and thoughtfully coordinated by Jay Stewart. The project was completed on time and actually came in slightly under budget. It also looks fantastic. The best materials were used and it shows. Highly recommended for any remodel or home repair work in the future.
