We could not be more pleased with the job that Terravest did on our garage remodeling. The work was started in a very timely fashion by highly skilled and experienced professionals, expertly and thoughtfully coordinated by Jay Stewart. The project was completed on time and actually came in slightly under budget. It also looks fantastic. The best materials were used and it shows. Highly recommended for any remodel or home repair work in the future.

J and his crew built a cover over our deck and it is exactly what we wanted! J and Christine were great at helping us design it and bring our vision to reality. All of the crew from the beginning of the project to the end were very polite, respectful and great to work with. Chad did a wonderful job of seamlessly tying it into the back of our house making it an extension of our home. The quality of their work is top-notch. All of their construction debris was picked up in a timely manner. We highly recommend them and their work! Very happy customers!!

J and Christine are the best. They listen to your ideas and give their opinion. J also suggests ideas that he has for the project but is not offended if you don't agree. Everything goes according to time frame. The subs they use are polite, friendly and on time. They also clean up after themselves. So far J and the guys have remodeled a business, addition to our house, refaced the kitchen cabinets and remodeled two bathrooms. We love Terravest!

I've moved several times and have done several remodels. J and Christine are by far and away the BEST contractors I have ever worked with. I met them while trying to get bids for a kitchen, laundry, and main suite bathroom project that was turning out to be considerably out of budget. J and Christine stood out from the other bidders: They clearly had unparalleled knowledge about construction of homes, and worked with me closely to get what we wanted out of a remodel within our budget. Christine patiently redrew plans for the kitchen and laundry at least a half dozen times, working through every small detail before we arrived at our final win. All of this was done before we committed to any final agreement. Terravest takes the time to bring subcontractors in to give prices up front. They also work to nail down finishes early in the process to make sure materials arrive on time. To be transparent, I found this a little frustrating at the time, but in the end we were incredibly grateful Terravest works this way. We only went over budget by 5%, and that increase was due to add-ons I asked for after the project began. J and Christine handed us a calendar noting what work was being done daily before the start of construction. There was a subcontractor here every work day of the week during the full 5 months of work (we ended up remodeling the entire 1st floor). The project not only ran on time, it was completed a week early! I have never worked with a contractor that delivers a project remotely on time before. MY HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL. It is beyond what we could ever have dreamed of. The problems we wanted solved with the layout were solved, and within a budget we could handle. The craftsmanship is superb. During the entire remodel, J and Christine were incredibly responsive to concerns, quick to rectify any problems (so that they weren't really problems at all), and were a pleasure to work with. The subcontractors were all professional and easy to work with as well. I cannot recommend Terravest Custom Homes enough!

Terravest recently remodeled our bathroom. J and Christine were very helpful in the planning process, offering cogent suggestions and advice. Their entire crew was efficient and professional. The final cost was commensurate with the original bid, and well worth it.
