We worked with Luke Meisenbacher in 2000-2001 as he was completing a magnificent home in Skillman NJ. The craftsmanship, quality and style literally oozed out of this house. We lived there for approximately 6 years and no less than 5 times, letters were left in our mailbox asking us to call them to sell them our house and that in fact is exactly what happened when we moved overseas in 2007. the house sold for approx. 500k over what we paid. Luke and his team were responsive when responding to any small issues that arose and there were few and far between. he takes great pride in his work and has a keen eye of melding classic architecture with high tech features all with the highest quality materials. one of the biggest testaments to our experience is that we remained in touch and friendly. his daughter babysat for our kids, he was a pillar in the community around youth sports and he was just a good guy. if I were in NJ again, I would call him to build my house.

Meisenbacher Homes handled the construction of our new home at Seaside Park, NJ which is at the NJ shore.. Meisenbacher handled everything seamlessly from the new foundation of custom pilings to the completion of the two story custom home. They handled all necessary permits so we were stress free. The home included many wonderful upgrades such as hardwood floors throughout, on-demand hot water system and features such as custom raised decks in the front and rear of the home. My wife and I highly recommed Meisenbacher homes.
