Millward Custom Homes

Millward Custom Homes built our condo located in Traverse City's West Bay area along Hwy 22. They worked with us from the start to select materials and custom enhancements through building the unit as per the schedule. After turnover they were very timely is working through the inevitable "punch list" items. We highly recommend this company and would use them again if we ever decided to build another custom home in the Traverse City area.

We had a great experience with Millard Cutom Homes. We bought our condo while it was being built and were able to make a lot of our own choices. They were very accommodating when it came to customizing these choices and worked along with us through this process. We were very satisfied with the finished product and thought their work crew, i.e. painters, tilers , finish carpenters etc were conscientious and skilled workers. We would hire Millward Custom Homes again without hesitation.
