MK Purvis Construction LLC

Mark and his MK team built a substantial (~9000 total sq. ft.) house in 2011-2012 and did an awesome job. He stuck to the schedule and cost (as always, adjusted for extras--and a few deletions--that we chose to implement along the way). The workmanship of his crew was excellent and the subcontractors he used ranged from "excellent" to "good" as well. There were a few minor subcontractor "bumps" along the way, but Mark worked with us to get them resolved to our satisfaction--which was the case in every instance. Follow-through after the project was substantially complete was also excellent--he was very focused on getting the punch list stuff complete quickly and has followed through on all warranty work as well. We continue to use MK and several of his subcontractors on other projects as well--we're very happy with their work.

MK construction built a complex rustic cabin three years ago on the ocean shore and I have subsequently engaged them to do a complete renovation and addition to an 1850's. Farmhouse Adjacent to the same property. Excellent communication , scheduling and detail work . Outstanding on the job problem solving .

This is the third time we used MK Purvis Construction and this was by far the most challenging and biggest job. He had to secure a large variety of people to do complex heating/cooling systems, back up options in addition to the design of the house. The quality of his subcontractors is excellent. All hard working, good honest, highly skilled people. Would certainly recommend talking to Mark Purvis for your building needs. He is a very talented and creative individual with an eye toward quality. He also stuck around when issues had to be dealt with and makes your satisfaction his personal goal.
