No complaints about structural integrity of our home nor the integrity of the builder. Just wanted to preface my review with that. We purchased our house in 2021. The issues we did have were in the details or finish work. Nothing major but a slight nuisance. Our ceiling in the main area has one crack from the front to the back as well as 3 or 4 other easily noticeable cracks of more than a few feet in length in other parts of the ceiling. I understand there will be some cracking but some of it has already need repaired once. They also seemed to have poured the driveway a little too narrow. There are some pretty good size cracks on front and back porch (again I understand some but there just seems to be a lot of cracking). The drainage around the house I’m sure passes but it is not desirable and the water runs out of a pipe right in front of our back porch in the middle of the yard and the drains from the gutter were place in terrible locations. I made this and a couple of other minor issues like the front door stain looking patchy etc known about a year later and after speaking to the contractor they did fix the ceiling which cracked right back open…but other than that everything else was what it was. My conversations with the contractor were pleasant so issues there. The house we purchased was not a million dollar custom home and I understand that. We did however pay a little bit of a premium for the home because it is in a desirable neighborhood near a golf course. All being said we have seen some very nice work done by Patterson including other houses in our neighborhood. Ours just happens to be of very average quality.

Bad Bad Bad. Never use this contractor. They will go over your budget by at least 15 percent. They take no responsibility at all for their errors. Always blames the customer

I work with PATTERSON HOMES as a vendor/supplier on a daily basis. Patterson’s team is well organized, professional and transparent in their business model and very easy to work with. A great choice for anyone looking for a Great Team and builder to help them with their future home.

We worked with Patterson Homes to build 5 years ago. Travis and team worked very closely with us throughout the process and helped keep my personal stress level to a minimum. When we started, we were told it would be a 9 month process but we were in the house right at 7 months post-groundbreaking, right in time for Christmas in our home. When we had a problem with the original hardwood, the team suggested the floors be ripped out and started again, before I even knew the concern! The subs used were very skilled at their jobs and were great to work with. The next time we build, Patterson Homes will be our choice again and again.

Working with Patterson Homes and their staff is great. We have been collaborating on a regular basis now and have had nothing but great experiences. Very organized and knowladgeable staff. Beautiful showroom and design area with a top notch atmosphere. They are setting a new standard on how the home building process should be!!!

We are currently building a home with Travis and his team at Patterson Homes. Our home is due to be completed in February 2018 and everything has been moving along smoothly and on-time. The quality and workmanship of the house is excellent and we do not feel like Travis is cutting corners to make an extra buck. Travis and his experienced team have been so helpful in helping us build our home to our specifications. We had a long list of ideas and tweaks we wanted to make to the house and Travis and his team are making it happen!
