Elevation and remodel of our existing home due to flood damage. Mr Schlubach and staff supplied superior service. The craftsmanship to our home was above our expectations. Services he provided were repairing and residing the exterior, installation of windows, cabinet installation, all interior trim and door installation including built in shelves, front porch design and installation and back deck. His building knowledge was a great asset when the house was being elevated. He provided all carpentry work to reinforce the structure of our home.

Peter gutted and remodeled our kitchen and powder room replacing windows, tile flooring with hardwood, baseboard and crown moldings and supplying all the necessary subcontractors----cabinet maker, electrician, painter and plumber. I am very happy with the results. Peter came in right on budget.

Peter built a 4600sft jewel for me in 2010 in Darien, CT. One of the reasons I selected his company was for his ability to guide me in selecting green products for my new home. The most difficult challenge was to decide to install a geothermal heating and cooling system. Peter walked me through the process step by step. Almost three years later, I am delighted with its efficiency and low cost operation. My utility bills have never been lower. My system is extremely quiet and incredibly clean. An added bonus is that there are no unsightly condensors on my property. My garden is wonderfully tranquil. Peter also stayed on budget and finished the project within my time frame. He is incredibly detail oriented, especially when it came to the extensive millwork necessary for my project. Everyone that came to my building site treated me and my property with the utmost respect. His crew is honest and proud of their work. They were all gentlemen. I have a beautifully designed, environmentally progressive, highly functional new home. I would hire Peter's company again.
