As an owner of a custom built home that was finished by Phf Homes, I would not recommend this builder for the following reasons: - Overall poor product; there were several items they did not finish to meet building standards in which owners had to re-hire professionals to finish the work. - There were several subcontractors that were not paid by builder. - Very hard to work with in terms of communication on progress of house being built as well as transactional details. Very misleading on details of outstanding items that needed to get done for Certificate of Occupancy. - The transaction at closing with builder and seller was very poorly done and not professional at all.
