Prominent Construction has earned its reputation for excellence and integrity with more than thirty years of well-satisfied customers and some of the construction industry's highest honors. Builder of the YearProminent Construction is owned and operated by George Hansford and his son, Jason. George has been named Lake County Builder of the Year four times. He is a life director of the Florida Home Builders Association, and was named Builder of the Year for the state of Florida in 2004. Most recently, George was inducted into the Florida Housing Hall of Fame in 2011 by peers who recognized his outstanding contribution to the industry.
