Ricker Construction was recommended to me by friends who contracted Ricker Construction to build their home. I was looking for someone to finish my basement. It was completely empty with cinderblock walls, a roll up garage door and plumbed for a bathroom. I contacted Ricker Construction and everything about the entire process was easy! They came out to the house right away to assess the job, I had the estimate within days, work was started when promised, completed on time. The project was to finish the entire space with a bedroom, bathroom, TV area, bar, and pool table area. The garage door was replaced with a bank of windows. They were so easy to work with during the entire process. I gave them the concept and they helped me with everything from drawings, to design ideas, to final construction. Their work was very high quality and I have received nothing but rave reviews from everyone who has seen the finished product! I would hight recommend Don and Sandy!

Our first home building and went way out of budget (our fault). I wished he had been more unvalued with helping us with the same constructor.

I used RICKER CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE COMPANY INC for complete remodeling and new addition to dental office. They replaced wood shingle roof, reconfigured interior wall, replaced some cabinets, resurfaced and customized other cabinets. They added fireplace, new carpets, new wood floors, countertops, assisted in adding new computer access to cabinetry, etc. They were very professional. They offered many suggestions that made better sense than the way it was previously done. They worked around my schedule, after hours, weekends and nights so as not to disrupt my practice more than necessary. They helped to pick out cabinets, hardware, wood floors, etc to save me time and also used them previously to build by house.
