Rob completed our unfinished basement into a beautiful and completed mother-in-law suite. Rob was very responsive to return calls (rare commodity in the Roanoke area) and came on site to deal with any request we may have had. His workmanship and attention to details are outstanding. I was very impressed that he kept is worksite very clean at the end of every workday. Rob was asked again to perform many other projects. I strongly recommend Rob with any projects no matters how large or small they are.

RJS Building Services is simply one of the best contracting services around. Rob and his team are knowledgeable, professional, highly-skilled, responsive, prompt, and also really nice guys. I know that any job they do will be completed on time (they provide an end date!) and to the highest standard.

RJS has done many projects for us at our home and at my place of business. We have had a large barn built, multiple rooms finished, floors redone with hardwood and laminate, and many other projects. Rob will always make sure to pay close attention to detail and I never have to worry about looking behind him when he is done. You cannot go wrong with this company for your construction needs from smaller projects to full home builds.

Can not say enough good thing about RJS Building Services. This was our fourth project with RJS and as always, the dedication to detail and expert craftsmanship is second to none. The project was seamless and the results spectacular. All that enters the home can not believer the before and after. RJS gave us a date to arrive and an estimated schedule for each project. Timely and accurate were both. Even with design changes we made along the way, Rob and his group were extremely accommodating and always made the timeline initially given for project completion. RJS raises the bar for other contractors. Rob surrounds his company with like-minded sub-contractors that have the same work ethic and values. We couldn't be happier with our results.
