In the past, the team at Sutton Hill Home’s has successfully built or renovated award-winning residences, restored homes on the National Historic Register, conducted projects overseen by The State Historic Preservation Office, The Missouri Department of Natural Resources and The Missouri Department of Economic Development. We have been honored with accolades for our new Custom Homes, successfully conducted speculative homes and developed small subdivisions. Our projects have been in the central corridor of St. Louis; Clayton, Ladue, Frontenac, Huntleigh, Town & Country, Central West End, Clarkson Valley, Creve Coeur and other fine communities. We have also traveled to other state to meet our client’s real estate needs.
