Steve from “Terra Homes” built a custom home for me in “Timberlane Terrace” in 2019 and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my beautiful home. He assisted me in choosing a lot as well as a floor plan that would meet all of my needs. Steve and I (as well as my realtor – Dan Dhaenens) met several times over a period of months prior to having my home built which allowed me the opportunity to make several changes. Steve and Dan were timely, responsive to changes and were instrumental in the design of my home. I also had the privilege of working closely with Steve’s Production Supervisor, Mark. Throughout the course of having my house built, I saw Mark almost daily. He was accommodating, knowledgeable, patient and hard working. Mark, his crew and all sub-contractors went above and beyond every step of the way. Kudos to all of you! There truly is no place like home. Thank you for my dream home!

We found a partialy built house during the early summer of 2015. We walked through the framed structure and immediately fell in love with the layout. Funny, but we really weren't looking for a place at all. Steve, from Terra Homes happened to be there and we had a very nice visit with him about the house plan and possible modifications. He invited us to visit with people who had recently purchased his homes, which we did. All seemed very pleased with their homes. 10 days later we had purchased the home and began the process of making all the decisions needed to make this OUR home. Steve and his crew were very welcoming as we stopped by nearly every day to take pictures and watch the process. All in all a great experience that was a once in a lifetime event for us. We have no regrets or complaints.

Added a mother-in-law apartment to our home (along with a complete redesign of the existing exterior and most of the interior). The Terra Homes team did an outstanding job of executing the plan - and creatively addressing unforeseen issues. The Terra team treated us with care, respect, and patience (as my wife and I were often slow to make decisions!). We considered - and consider - them friends and partners. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. We couldn't be more enthusiastic about Terra Homes. And Terra does a great job of support after the project is complete. They definitely stand by their work and with their customers. Terra Homes gets my highest recommendation for quality, integrity, and customer service.
