Highly highly recommend! Best builder in SGV area. Their project manager/superintendents are knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Customer service crew always friendly and try to help you more. Such a great opportunity to work with Tipping and I will definitely come back if I have other projects need to be build.

Tipping Development’s team are dedicated, professional and a breeze to collaborate with. On each job you will have a dedicated Project Manager, Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager. They will lead you to each task, budget, punch list, jobsite meetings, etc. as smooth as possible. As a designer, this gives me time to focus on the creative side. Hence, at the end it yields a satisfied client and an incredible home.

I’ve known Richard Tipping from working with him on past projects before he began Tipping Development. I found him easy to work with as he understood my wants and needs regarding my projects, and was able to complete the work in a timely matter. Therefore I was looking forward to working with him on future projects when he decided to form his own company.
