Nate and his team were very easy to work with. Our mud room remodel went extremely well and turned out exactly how we wanted it! Nate is very professional and we would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone who is looking to update and/or remodel their home.

Nate and his True Concepts crew were excellent craftsmen, helpful designers, cooperative and easy to work with. Nate had great ideas to assist us in our planning. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his willingness to share it with me. We used them to remodel our townhome. The job was done within a timely fashion, adjustments were easily accommodated and the price was reasonable. They properly protected our furniture, moved it all for us and controlled the dust in the best ways possible. Communication was clear and thorough and Nate never showed irritation even when it would have been justified. We were very pleased with the end result as well as the process of getting there. In this age of COVID the crew followed proper health guidelines and showed respect for us by wearing masks whenever they were around us. You will not go wrong if you choose True Concepts for your next remodeling job!

Nate has completed several projects in our home for us, the latest being a beautiful pergola. We are always very impressed with the workmanship and quality of his work. Nate is a wonderful listener and has always been able to create our vision for a project as we imagined or even better. Nate is always respectful of our home and leaves his job site clean and organized. Communication is superior and is it a pleasure to work with him. We can't wait for the next project!

True Concepts did a great job for us. We had it fix up a bathroom (replace shower, toilet, patch and paint the walls, install fixtures, and fix some mill work). In addition to high quality work done within the estimated time frame, a couple other things set True Concepts apart. First, communication was really clear and helpful; so many contractors do a poor job with that. Second, True Concepts provided creative thinking and problem-solving. We'll definitely hire True Concepts again.
