We chose Woodcreek Construction to build our new home in Salmon Arm starting in July 2022. Our completion date was February 2023. This company had built a new home for our daughter about 4 years ago and we were impressed with their attention to detail and with the care they took to ensure that they were satisfied. We worked very well with Victor Zimmerman who listened to our ideas and fulfilled all that we wanted in this new home. We found that same commitment amongst all the various subtrades that worked on our home. They were all very friendly and extremely happy to be working for Woodcreek. They readily returned after we had moved in to rectify any problems. I would have no hesitation in recommending Woodcreek Construction to anyone wanting a professional and ethical builder. Our new neighbours even commended the build and how the company had gone out of its way to make sure their adjoining property was repaired after the excavation e.g. replacing fencing, lawn etc. Only this morning the lady driving the local bus waved over at me and shouted what a lovely new home. Victor and his entire staff, from the office staff to the sub tradesmen and carpenters were of the highest caliber and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. Our home was built pretty much on schedule and within the original quoted budget, there were really no surprises. Everyone was very accommodating and the few issues we’ve had after completion have been resolved quickly and thoroughly. I can confidently recommend Wood Creek to anyone thinking of building a house.

We hired Wood Creek to build a coach house in Blind Bay BC. From site prep, to final build their service and execution were outstanding. I would highly recommend them for any home building job.
