Having a new custom home built is an exciting, busy, and sometimes stressful time with all the decisions to be made. Hiring Alice and Tom to manage the build was a well made decision back in early 2019. We interviewed and thoroughly checked with 5 local building contractors and chose Woodsmen for their sincere and genuine interest in Our project. Tom and Alice were able to give our project the attention to detail needed to help walk us through the process from beginning to end. We broke ground on the foundation around the first of June, 2019 and moved in March 13, 2020. Tom and Alice did a great job managing subcontractors schedules and getting things done in the correct order. We could not be more pleased with the skilled craftsmanship displayed by Tom's subcontractors and Tom was on the jobsite most every day to be sure things were properly executed. We love our custom cabinets and shelving. We were able to have input on the custom build of the closets, electrical outlets, and just about everything else. We certainly learned a lot as this was our first house build from scratch. Tom and Alice presented us with choices along the way to keep us in charge of the budget.

In the years we've worked with Woodsmen Builders, we have come to really appreciate their attention to detail, communication, and the years of skill and experience they bring to the table. Tom and Alice are wonderful to work for, and you can trust them to get the job done right. We've seen them go above and beyond many times.

From the perspective of a sub-contractor. Tom & Alice are wonderful people to work alongside - we share very similar core values such as Professionalism, Craftsmanship, and Quality. They have called us to handle several epoxy flooring projects over the past few years. Every day that we were on site working, both Tom & Alice were always present - asking questions and ensuring our deadline to keep their client informed. They always kept the work spaces clean of dust/debris and helpful to make sure we get our part done. Additionally, every other tradesman that we worked along side was also very polite and accommodating. I enjoy doing business with them very much and look forward to our continued relationship.

We have been working with Tom and Alice for about a year and a half. I can’t say enough about their commitment to excellence. They go above and beyond. Their customer service cannot be beat. They are the only reason we survived building a home during a pandemic. We really give ten stars!!!

Tom and Alice Snider of Woodsmen Builders, Inc. recently completed renovation of our two bathrooms. Tom and Alice work as a team, with Alice's expertise in design and Tom's in craftsmanship and hiring good subcontractors to complete various parts of the project. We were pleased with their ability to solve problems, their conscientiousness, trustworthiness, effective communication, design ideas, and workmanship. We appreciated the flexibility to incorporate our ideas with Alice and Tom's, and are happy with the result. One of the bathrooms incorporated a walk-in shower and other features for "aging in place" needs. The two projects were very cost-effective, too, so we got good value for the money. Woodsmen Builders will be doing further work at our residence, and we do not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.

Woodsmen remodeled all three floors of my house and did it for the amount they said it would cost and within the time frame they said it would take. We lived in our home during this extensive remodeling and appreciated that each day before the workers left everything was made as tidy and organized as possible. Every person that worked in our house was pleasant and professional. The work was excellent and done right the first time. When it came time to select cabinetry, tile, faucets etc. we were accompanied by the builder and got help with selections when necessary. If we decide to do a future project we will use Woodsmen Builders again.

We had our Master Bathroom demolished and rebuilt due to water damage from original build. We found Woodsmen Builders to be honest and punctual. Their knowledge and experience kept our minds at ease through the whole remodel process. We were most impressed with the attention to detail both with the remodel and extra steps to protect our home and not allow the remodel to affect our daily living. They treated our home as if it was their own. We are in love with our new bathroom!

They built our house providing great workmanship and integrity. They are very knowledgeable and used quality materials. While the house was being built, they were either doing the work or inspecting the work of others to ensure the quality desired. Any repair work was quickly completed. They will charge you a fair price. You can allow them into your home and trust that everything will be completed as promised. This is a company you can trust.
