    “We hired Jeff Rice last year to work with us on designing our retirement home. He took our thoughts about what we wanted to have in our custom home and designed it better than we had imagined. He walked us through every part of the design process and what he came up with surpassed our dreams. Anytime we called with a question he would answer or meet with us. Jeff is very easy to talk to and excellent at designing and staying within your budget. Our house is in the building stage right now and we have gotten great comments on our design. We have given Jeff's name to a few people who were interested in working with him. Thanks Jeff, for our wonderful retirement home and we will continue to pass along JRN Design.”

    “Dan Reynolds and his crew at West Coast Construction did a great job on our condo refresh. Their skills in painting is awesome, wall repairs, new lighting, new fans, replace carpetting with plank flooring and rehang everything on the walls which was the full service approach. They also do the construction clean-up to minimze all that flying dust. They are a full service company which is ideal for seasonal residents who can't check up on project. They completed the project within the deadlines and are incredibly thorough and nice too.”

    “From our first meeting to the final completed home, the MAC Custom Homes team was welcoming, professional, extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, always cognizant of our budget and very talented. Their subcontractors possessed the same qualities. Mike Collings embraced our vision and made it come to life. No detail was left to chance. We truly did and still do "Experience Excellence". After a year and a half, I still can't find something to complain about. MAC built a perfect home for us!!”

Of the three, Sean, from Great Northern Homes, showed the most interest in working closely with us. We formerly owned a residential construction company, and Sean recognized the importance of our hands-on involvement in the design and specifications. Not only did he provide us with a quality built home, but he also stayed in constant contact throughout the project.     “Our family beach home was in dire need of repair/updating. Living in another state makes home projects much more challenging and somewhat daunting. Previous contractors had not measured up to our expectations and we were becoming rather discouraged. Then we found Mario Sandoval, owner of Inspired Home Builders. Mario and his team are professional, highly skilled, and, critical for us, very, very communicative. Mario provided us with weekly, sometimes daily photos and updates. He is a creative thinker and problem solver. We are planning to build another home in the area and have advised the architect that Inspired will be the company that we hire for the build. We would not consider anyone else.”
