I had called Nicole for the purposes of staging a property for a listing. Nicole was prompt with her reply and she clearly outlined her what her services will include along with a complete breakdown of the total costs. I found her response to be very professional, courteous and efficient. Nicole requested a personal tour and walkthrough for the property which was occupied. This was key because some Stagers and Staging companies will simply ask for you to send them pictures in order for them to visualize the space. But I am thinking that the best way to visualize any space is to actually see it right? That is logical enough. Nicole's handling of the furniture rentals ( Various Pieces ) was precise and transparent. The big wow came on the day of the actual staging. She arrived around 9:00AM and She did not left until around 6:00PM. And she worked NON-STOP !!! I was concerned that she will faint from low blood sugar. But like an artist, she treated the property as her canvas and she did not stop until everything that she envisioned and conceptualized became a reality. It truly was a work of art. The design created a welcome and warm space. The feedback from the viewings was that the space and spaces looked amazing. In the end, I am a true believer that having a "Real" stager who is involved in designing an area as opposed to simply adding a pillow and a table here and there with no cohesion. This is an art here people. And the cost will easily be recovered and then some when the property sells. I can attest to that. My sellers and I are thankful for the hard work that Nicole has placed on the property.

Nicole did a fantastic job in staging our condo. The design was practical and pleasing to the eye. The colour choices with a pop of yellow really brightened the place. Overall very satisfied.

The decor was glamorous and makes sense. Not a fan of making new holes on my wall but all else is very good. 4.5 stars. :)
