My name is Ellen Klamon and I am an artist who has started a renovating for resale service. This business came about because I saw a need while working as a real estate agent. Being an artist, I quickly realized that selling houses was not my forte, but prepping them for resale was. My training in design, color, and balance, combined with an ability to visualize a better outcome, helps to insure a pleasing result for both the sellers and their buyers. I work with real estate agents and homeowners alike, using their furniture, making decorating suggestions, and offering names of handymen, painters, cleaners, etc. I also help the transition from the old house to the new with guidelines for placement of furniture, paint choices, and decisions on what to keep and what to discard.
