Our empty house was shown to perspective buyers for about a week prior to us contracting with Home Staging for Houston to stage our house. The feedback from prospective buyers before and after the staging were like night and day from mostly negative to very positive. Better yet, within a couple of weeks, we received an offer and a back-up offer. This company was very responsive and timely in responding to my questions an in setting up everything from the initial meeting to the photography session. They made our house look beautiful!

We listed our home and moved out leaving our furniture inside to stage. We got an offer but it didn't pan out. We hit a lull and even though it was being shown we weren't getting any other offers. We decided we had lived long enough without our furniture and moved it out using Rhonda to re-stage. Within the first 10 days not only did we get an offer but it was 85k higher than the original one. Staging makes a difference. We had another property in a flood zone that got nothing but negative reviews over a 4 month period. I sent Rhonda in and we had nothing but positive reviews.
