Lynn came out and did a beautiful job staging our home this summer. We initially didn't want to use a home stager, but our realtor insisted and we're so glad she did! We had a 1715 square foot split-level home with an unusual layout. It was easy making arrangements with Lynn; she is extremely professional and intent on providing good service. The furniture and decor were well-chosen and well-placed to maximize the appeal of each room without overdoing it. She did an excellent job photographing our house, emphasizing the nicer features and downplaying the weaknesses. We appreciated her attention to detail, and are convinced her staging and photographs made a big difference in the sale of our house. We had a solid offer within two weeks of listing it for sale, and a month later, escrow closed. :) If you are getting ready to sell your home, we would strongly recommend Hearth and Home Staging. Lynn will come out and make your home look amazing. Our home was empty because we had already moved out of it, but I'm sure she would be able to stage an occupied home as well. The project cost was around $1,400 and was worth every penny.

What a wonderful job Lynn did in staging my house in June 2018! After having it staged it was sold within a month and it had been on the market for quite a while. She made the house look classy but bigger. She also spruced up my backyard to look more inviting. Lynn was also pleasant to work with and was very helpful with ideas on what to do. Her work was on time and the move out was done in a timely matter. I can't recommend anyone more efficient and helpful.
