Robyn was a tremendous help to me as I was preparing to put my home on the market, downsizing from a large 5 bedroom home to a small two bedroom apartment. Her helpful tips, such as starting in advance and trying to go through a closet or room each day, organizing, discarding and packing, allowed me to prep my home for sale and move out in a stress free and timely fashion. Having a home staging consultation was great! I thought it was very helpful and beneficial. It got me started on packing up and made the house look beautiful and ready to sell. Robyn helped me through several stages of my recent move. Since I was downsizing, she objectively advised me on what items I should bring with me and which ones I should consider letting go of. Robyn also did a thorough walk through of the rental property I was moving into. She quickly compiled a detailed list of items that I should consider presenting to my new landlord (things that needed to be replaced, repaired or cleaned). My landlord graciously addressed everything on the list! After I moved in, Robyn helped me to get settled. She took what I already had and rearranged it to be much more inviting. She also made a few suggestions for small, inexpensive touches to finish off each area. Robyn was organized, hardworking, efficient and fun. Thank you for all your help! My new place looks awesome!

I can confidently state that your support and experience when going through the house reduced so much stress about making sure the house was in good condition to put on the market. You started in a room and explained each suggestion. The explanation helped me decide if I wanted to take the suggestion or move on. Even better you followed up with a detailed report so I could make sure that I missed no details. I strongly believe that staging the house helped make sure we received almost list price on day 1.

Robyn has been staging my house in order to sell it. She came in and and started with a consult on my entire house. She then provided a list of what I should do for each room. There were things on the list that I did not understand. I could not see how they would change the room. She has shopped with me for pillows and items that would help make my house look like a house that someone would want to buy. She has help me pick out paint colors for certain rooms and paint colors for rooms that needed it. She has been there every step of the way and my house has been transformed. She has an eye which is incredible. She has picked colors that I would never have picked and they look great. I would hire Robyn as a home stager again and I would also hire her as an interior designer. She is fun and easy to work with.
