Sarah helped us plan our cabin expansion and she was the absolute BEST! She came over 60 minutes before the builder and talked with us about what we wanted to accomplish. Then the builder came and I do not know what we would have done without her. She made lots of suggestions and made sure the builder understood what we wanted to do and knew much better about what to do that would serve us well in the long run then I ever would. She was so pleasant and just seemed to know intuitively what to suggest. She and the builder got all great. I could no ask for anything more. Most importantly, I know that we are going to end up with a much better product then we ever would have without her input.

Sarah was great to work with. She understood immediately what I wanted and was able to creative a design that fit my budget and style. I would highly recommend her and hope to use her again. She has a great eye for colors and design.

My husband and I purchased a vacation home in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia in October of 2013 with the intention of placing it into a short term vacation rental program until our retirement. Although the home that we chose was beautiful it still needed some fine tuning in order to give it the lodge like feel that we were looking for. Since we currently live in California I knew that it wouldn’t be feasible for us to do all of the work ourselves so we asked our real estate agent if she could recommend someone. As luck would have it she had the perfect person for the job, Sarah Cole of Sarah Cole Interior Design. From our first meeting I knew that Sarah was the right fit for us. She and I talked on the phone and emailed pictures back and forth so that she could get an idea of my tastes and what I was trying to accomplish. She has an energy about her that is contagious and she was a delight to work with. Sarah operated within our budget and time constraints to give us exactly what we wanted, a beautiful mountain home away from home. She transformed a structurally striking house into a warm and inviting home. The furnishings and décor that she selected magically transformed our home into a true mountain lodge. We can’t thank Sarah enough for all of her hard work. She is a true professional and one that I would highly recommend.

The designer was attentive & kept appointments. She helped with the selection of paint colors, furnishings and arrangement in our weekend mountain cabin. She removed from the house and distress-painted a wood buffet for me and did a satisfactory job. She is not an expert furniture painter but did not claim to be. She offered to do for me what would have been my own DIY job and I think she probably did it better than I would have.

I purchased a house that needed redecorating. Sarah helped to pick out the flooring and pull the colors of walls together. She arranged for all labor. The work that was done was fabulous. Sarah helped with bedding, hung all pictures and window treatments. She assisted with light fixtures and picking out furniture. She also redesigned the master bedroom closet. Sarah will be assisting in designing an outdoor living/kitchen area.

Sarah Cole and I work together on projects involving custom plantation shutters. Sarah is a talented, hard-working designer with years of experience. She helps bring her clients' visions to life and always delivers quality work. She has a very diverse portfolio and can work with many different clients' tastes. Whether you live in a mountain cabin or an in-town condo you will love what you'll create together.

Sarah was hired to accessorize our mountain home. After her initial meeting at our house, she came up with a plan that fit into our budget. We shopped together (which is an option) and selected items that made the rooms look special. Sarah also made silk flower arrangements, framed pictures and shadow boxed plates. She came back to the house and put it all together with the new items purchased and accessories that I already had. The outcome was beautiful. I was totally pleased with her professionalism and really enjoyed her bubbly personality. I have gotten many complements from friends on her work. I would highly recommend Sarah.

Sarah is a delight to work with! We want our home to reflect our personal style and to tell a story about our life. Sarah listened carefully to our wants and suggested ways add some more pizazz to our home. I meet Sarah Cole through a shop in Ellijay Georgia. Sarah, help me in selecting color for our Mt. Home. Sarah, also helped selecting furniture and other furnishing for our home. She will be helping with redoing our basement. No only has Sarah done a great job, but I consider her a friend. She has lived in this area for sometime but know lots of other trades people which I have used. Sarah, has the knowledge and ability to work within a budget.

It is easy for a decorator to achieve great results when the client has a large budget, but my budget was limited. Sarah was able to help me make up in creativity what I lacked in funds and the results were impressive. I must have been a challenge for Sarah. My home in the mountains did not look like the usual cabin. It looked more like an alpine chalet except that it had large windows and a lot of them. Since I had a beautiful view of the lake, I wanted curtains and blinds that would help retain the view. We accomplished that. Instead of the usual cabin decor that is so common around here, I wanted an "old world" European look. We accomplished that. Sarah took me to an outlet in Woodstock where I found furniture, Persian rugs, and accessories at prices I could afford, but were still very good quality. Another challenge for Sarah was that I had original art work of my father and daughter that I wished to display in my new home. By just changing frames and matting, we were able to incorporate my family's artwork. Besides the artwork, I also had several collections of sentimental items and pieces of furniture that had been handed down in the family for a hundred years. We incorporated that. Sarah met all those challenges and the interior of my home now has an old world charm that is warm and vibrant with color and interest. What I wish to convey is that Sarah has not only good taste and creative ability, but she also has the insight to uniquely adapt design strategies to your interests and personality, so that your house can become your castle, cave or place of refuge.

Sarah is a delight to work with. She takes time to get to know you as a person and understand your personal tastes. Sarah is prompt and reliable as well as very personable. I have been quite happy with the results I have had with my home and have used her decorating abilities with several projects. She is able to use her contacts with other home professionals to bring the right people to complete the job.
