We are nothing but grateful to Laura and wowed! Home Staging for their responsiveness, value-oriented pricing, and breathtaking staging, which resulted in our home immediately going under contract for above the list price. Dollar for dollar, having wowed! stage our home was an exceptional investment. Laura responded to our initial request for a consultation within a few hours. Because of COVID precautions, she asked us to send her photos of our home and each room; we should note that we were in the middle of packing and vacating our home, so the photos each room were less than ideal. By the next day, however, she had made sense of the interior and had provided us with a detailed proposal that included her vision for each room in the house. In terms of competitive pricing, some stagers propose staging only one bedroom and/or neglect to include furniture for a finished basement and patio. Laura's proposal was far less than a previous such estimate we'd received, and it included furniture and decor for every room in the house, including the basement, and for the patio. Her team even included elegant, homey accents for each bathroom. As for the quality of staging, her team's furniture and decor maximized the space and light in the house. She had visited the house after we vacated it and, with the paint colors and flooring in mind, tailored the furniture and decor to match perfectly. The house seemed warm and lived-in without being cluttered or, worse, sterile.

My condo had been on the market for quite some time, so we finally decided to stage it to try to help sell it. After the staging, I had an offer within the month!! Laura is a magician. She transformed our rather utilitarian house into a wonder to behold. We were actually worried about selling our house until she came. The bathroom needing fixing up, and one of the bedrooms seemed too small. But she put our minds to ease, assuring us that she will transform this house into something very appealing. And that she did. First, she surveyed our house with a quiet sense of confidence. She asked us to make this change or that, including painting rooms a particular color, switching out knobs of a vanity with different ones, and recommending a more attractive light fixture. She imagined how each room would be staged. With the help of our extraordinary real estate agent, Illia Schwarz, we did everything she asked for and more, and when we were done with our work, we felt rather cocky. But then Laura pulled off her legerdemain. After two trucks of furniture, and a long day of Laura and her associate's hard work, our home became the jewel of the neighborhood. Every single room was beautiful, understated but inviting, even the spaces that had concerned us. We wondered why we were even moving out of our home. We kept asking each other: "Why didn't we do this years ago?" We thought: "Should we hire Laura and Illia to redesign our new home?" We have been to many staged houses at Open Houses, and nothing looked like ours, even though the other homes were larger and grander. And the proof was in the pudding: we sold our house in one day with multiple offers. Laura is fabulous to work with. She assuages any of your anxiety you might have. She responds to your emails immediately. And the quality of the work is far superior to that of her competitors. Don't look any further.

We had about a week to get our house ready to go on the market and we wanted it to sell fast! With these goals in mind our agent had Laura come in to do an assessment and within minutes of walking in the door she was already making our place look better! Laura gave us some homework after the first visit, we did what she suggested and then she came back a few days later and added the Wowed! factor. It worked! We went under contract in four days! Laura was lovely to work with. She was straightforward in her recommendations, her pricing was fair and I appreciated that she was focused on even the smallest of details. I would 100% recommend Laura to anyone who wants to have an edge on the market when they are selling their home. She's an expert at what she does and frankly selling a home can be stressful so it was an added bonus that she was fun to work with!

I was very pleased with the staging of our home and felt it was a key factor in getting a full price offer on the day of our first open house. Another home of the same style was for sale in the neighborhood at the same time and I preferred the staging in our home (the other home seemed too crowded for my taste). The setup and cleanup were done as schedule with no issues. The personnel were all professional and efficient. In conclusion I highly recommend wowed! Home Staging to others. It was worth the money!

I've used Wowed Staging for the last 5 years and she's staged more than 25 listings for me. It is without fail, every time I recommend my clients to use Laura the house/condo sells quickly and for more money than had there been no staging. Her furniture is contemporary classic and works perfectly from historic rowhomes, condos, and single family homes. I love working with Laura because she is fast and efficient. It is not uncommon to give her a 7 day notice to stage a property and she gets it done! I cannot live without Wowed Staging, I recommend them without hesitation.

As an out of state owner the task of getting condo in top shape to sell could have been a hard task. BUT with help of Wowed it was handled beautifully! Wowed! Home Staging did an efficient and beautiful job staging my home for sale! Laura was working with a blank canvas since the house was empty at the time it was shown. Her light touch was just right, choosing furnishings that were attractive while still leaving room for potential buyers to imagine their own things in the house. She knew exactly which rooms needed to be staged and which could be left unfurnished. Her fee was entirely reasonable. The staging showed particularly well in the photos used for the virtual tour -- I'm sure it helped attract the large number of visitors to the open house. Communicating with Laura was easy and she and her crew kept to the schedule. They did a speedy job of setting up and taking down the staging. I was especially impressed by Laura's concern that there be no damage to the newly painted walls and newly finished and carpeted floors. I had a contract on the house at my asking price just two days after it was shown. Wowed! was an important part of that success.
