1 Star - Avoid at All Costs Don’t be fooled by their promises of a “professional deep clean.” Only one cleaner was in my apartment for less than an hour—hardly enough time for a deep clean. She somehow entered my secured building, entered my apartment without my permission, and rearranged my living space rather than cleaning it. Their pricing structure? Convoluted. They even sent me to a pooper scooper company’s website for payment—red flag much? I rushed back to my floor as soon as I learned she was in there to find she had already thrown away things without asking. My tub was coated in an unidentified white powder that took five washes to remove. Customer service? Terrible. When I raised concerns, they deflected and offered no solutions Are they even licensed, bonded, or insured? Given their conduct, it’s a fair question. Bottom line: Avoid this company and go with one that respects you and your home.
