Future Maids

My name is Sabrina Hoffmann. I am the owner and founder of Future Maids Cleaning Service, LLC. Let me start off with telling you a little about myself and why I started Future Maids. I was born and raised in Wichita, Ks. I moved to Texas on June 1st 2005. I am married to my best friend and I have four beautiful daughter age ranges from 18,16,14 and 11, I also have two wonderful sons who are 8 and 6. When I married my husband I gained two step daughters 17 and 16. Yes you read that right together we have 8 children. I started cleaning homes in the Austin and surrounding areas in February 2006. I quickly grew my business and had a lot of learning to do. 11 years later I'm still here and learn something new every day. I love what I do and I have many happy clients who has been with me for 9+ years. Why I started Future Maids: I learned years ago; in the cleaning business the turnover rate for employees was so high that it was very hard to keep clients happy. We and I'm sure other cleaning services could probably agree Consistency is hard when you're not able to send the same person to the same home time after time. So, I slowed my business down and went back to just keeping the clients I had and did the work myself, having help from time to time. I was very scared to start another cleaning service because I don't like to offer something and not be able to deliver. I've pondered for the last several years "how can I make a successful cleaning service and keep the help so the clients are happy?" I picked up a side job with the ride share companies to help with finances and with my side job working weekend evenings a light bulb lit up in my head. Rather than having employees, I will sub-contract the work out. I will only contract people who have verifiable experience and a clean background. Pay a very large percentage to the sub-contractor. Win- the sub-contractor is making a decent wage and less likely to leave for another job. Win for the clients- As we still cannot guarantee the same person each time the odds just increased significantly, not only have we done all the checking and making sure the person coming to your home has a clean background, we 1099 the sub-contract so you don't have to worry about uncle Sam and the taxes, we are insured so your home is protected, and it gives you someone to contact in any event something didn't go as expected.
