Ivy League Cleaning established in 2009 is a new version of an old business that Rita Strough began in 2003 after a lengthy career in the insurance industry. Most people find cleaning to be a tedious chore, one that provides little enjoyment or personal satisfaction. But to Rita and her team of cleaning professionals, the act of beautifying a space provides fulfillment and complete satisfaction. After years and years of working behind a desk, the act of using the body, moving in and out of rooms, up and down steps, and working with her hands, Rita found that cleaning provided not only a valuable service to the community but an outlet for her energy and passion.
