“Remodeling sucks honestly and doing it while 4000 miles away in Europe requires having someone that you can trust. We found that person in Magaly and Stephanie. They listened to our wishes, provided their opinions and we came up with a design plan that was followed almost exactly. Magaly took the reins and kept us duly informed of every step of the process. Her team also helped me correct issues apart from what we originally hired Magy Interiors to do that other contractors failed to do adequately. When things could not go to plan, Magaly gave us possible solutions that worked out just as well as the original plan. Our kitchen went from being outdated and dark, to polished, light and even felt bigger! Our laundry room actually was functional with proper storage and a folding table in a sleek and organized design. Her team even designed a beautiful living room for me here in Europe that we are working on. “We hired Tokan construction to complete repairs in our living room after water damage. After restoration was complete, Shawn came in and provided us a very fair and reasonable quote for the work. Heather (his wife and partner in business) helped us navigate all aspects of the operations including signing a contract, working with our insurance company (upon request), and even helping us to choose paint colors and design aspects. The work was completed (reframing, baseboards, sanding, painting) and far exceeded our expectations! We are already working with the Tokan’s on our next home project of completing our exterior paint. So pleased with this duo and highly recommend on any home construction or design job.”

“When I think of the customer service and attention to detail provided by Fort Design, the word that comes to mind is exemplary. I had a renovation project for my property that not many companies would take because of the level of repair that needed to be performed. All of the employees working for Fort Design are masters of their trade. I needed to have renovations that included popcorn ceilings removed, new tile installed throughout the house, all new bathrooms from ceiling to floors renovated, all bedrooms renovated, and a kitchen that was over 30 years old demolished and re built. The owners did not mis a step in getting the appropriate people started on the project within a few days after we laid out a plan. The demolition took 2 days, in which everything in the house was stripped of cabinets, tiles and plumbing throughout the house. The time given to us by the owners for completion of our project was specific and accurate. The timing, which included the holidays, were right on target. I could not have asked for any quicker turn around time. I will be using Fort Design for all my renovation and design needs. Their professionalism and expeditious work ethic will be the reason why we will only use Fort Design for any home renovations.
