Keely is the consummate professional. She is a talented designer and wonderful to work with. Her attention to detail is key to her amazing designs.

Keely did a fantastic job on the refreshing of our home. She really spent the time listening to what we wanted and incorporating it into the plan. I never felt pressured to spend beyond my budget or only shop through her. She guided me on the things I did myself as well as worked with on selecting the everything else. Her expertise and design room staff and installers were all excellent curteous and professional. There were several things such as window coverings and accent wall ideas that I knew were beyond me and everything Keely implemented turned out better than I could have imagined. I trusted her when she would explain why she thought certain things would work...and in the end she was right. I was the most skeptical about the final part of the project...the window treatments. Once everything was installed it COMPLETELY finished the room and looks amazing as well as being totally functional. Every cent that was spent with Keely was worth it and we couldn't be happier with the results!!! Highly recommend A Room In Mind headed by Keely Coles.

I was introduced to Keely's work through a friend whose main floor renovation was outstanding. Keely has been to my home twice now for renovation projects to assist with selections and colour choices. She is always spot on with her selections and recommendations, she listens to my tastes preferences, my budget for specific items, and her choices are always so interesting and beautiful. I wouldn't proceed with any renovation without her input.

We worked with Keely about 8 years ago and what a beautiful home we ended up with. She was able to walk us through the renovations and seemed to know exactly what our style was from the paint colours to the placement of furniture, window coverings, floors, granite - the list could go on and on. We are in the process of downsizing now and Keely will be walking us through that process.

Keely held our hand in realizing our style and translating into our home. We had attempted decorating ourselves in the past, but did not have the knowledge and resources to ensure we took our vision and converted into reality. Realistic timelines were set and delivered!

Working with Keely was a thoroughly enjoyable experience! From day one we knew we were in great hands. Not only is Keely incredibly personable and professional, her design and decorating skills far exceeded our expectations. We needed every room in our house updated and Keely made the process fun and exciting. Her choice of fabrics, colours, textures and furniture were all amazing and our house looks incredible! After years of owning my first home it was undoubtedly a bachelor pad. It was a mix of handed down furniture, random pieces of artwork, and the occasional decorative item that was bought on an impulse. I made a decision to re-decorate or decorate for the first time the entire place, a significant and costly undertaking. I knew this wasn’t an endeavor I could take on myself. I wanted to make sure the project would be timeless, cost effective, timely and most important make my house a home to be admired and be proud of. Finding and working with Keely made all the difference. I needed someone who could take suggestions and little direction and run with it. Keely had an impressive ability to take very little and turn it into a final vision. With a busy work schedule Keely and mine time had to be kept to a minimum but with emails and quick consultations we were able to work through concepts to final product selections and both agree and disagree on directions until we had a final direction. We were able to work within a budget finding area’s to save and areas that warranted greater financial attention. As a finally to the project I chose to use Keely’s reveal service in which the transformation would all happen in a day while I was out. I’m sure it was an intense day of deliveries, nailing, placement and complete home overhaul. In the end when I came home to my ‘new’ house it made the time and investment all worthwhile. Keely has gone on to work additional projects for friends and family and I know they have been as thrilled as I have. I look forward to the next project I have the opportunity to work with Keely on.
