I'm not a person who wrights reviews but I value the honest one when it is available. I beliee this could be helpful to many customers of Ethan Allen store. Alison Rhinard helped me with many purchases and some of them were quite challenging. For example, the last one, when I purchased the arm chair for my mom who lives in different state. It was a floor sample item in a closing down Ethan Allen store, so when we decided to order matching ottoman, it turned out that we had a conflicting info on exact finishing of the wood frame of the chair and the fabric was discontinued! Not a surprise giving the circumstances, and I was told that nothing can be done! Until I called Alison ... Only and only because of Alison's great effort and wiliness to go above and beyond, we got perfectly matching ottoman! I've met many talented and professional interior designers, and Alison is certainly one of them, but she is also the one who really gets job done! Right and on time! With great taste, tactful and valuable suggestions, impressive knowledge of business, and very reliable personality, she is in constant contact with you about the status of your order, and she is just a pleasure to work with.
