Client’s with residential interior design needs usually fall into one of two stages: Stage 1: Pre/Construction, for those who are about to start, or are in the midst of a construction project, and Stage 2: Soft Interiors, for those who do not have any existing construction needs or are past the construction phase of their project.

Amy Manor works off of a set retainer, truly maximizing every dollar spent on furniture, lighting, textiles and accessories. Each retainer covers Amy’s research and design costs, and are dependent upon square footage and the client’s needs. Because she works off of her own exclusive showroom floor, Amy receives a “stocking dealer” price from most manufacturers, passing on the full designer discount, usually 10% - 40% off MSRP, onto her clients.
